What's the turnaround time for orders?
Order standard timeframe is 1.5 to 3 weeks. Plan ahead and order ASAP for project deadlines!
Do you accept personal items to be embroidered?
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring in your item for embroidery. Our pricing for bringing your own item starts at $40 for a standard design.
Can you embroider custom designs?
Yes, we offer a digitizing service for $30 per image to transform your image into an embroidery file.
What about large orders?
We would love to help you add some personalized swag to your next event! Reach out to liz@mirrorballembroidery.com for discounts on bulk orders. We ask for a minimum of 20 items at this time.
How about pop ups?
